Dixon and Tate Real Estate was formed in June of 2002 when Graham Dixon and Randi Tate, local real estate veterans, joined forces to create a company with a new concept for real estate sales.
Our Strategy:
We consistently rank in the top 5 local companies for listing volume, no small feat considering our staff is less than half the size of the other top real estate companies in Rome. Our concept was to staff a company with highly aggressive top producing real estate professionals who will work tirelessly to meet our clients' needs whether buying or selling. We feel that it is more effective to have a smaller team of high producers than a larger team of agents with variable production levels.
